Cork is a family coordination app for iOS. Parents and their children use Cork to manage chores, calendars, votes, daily notes, and other shared family activities. Cork is built and operated by an independent developer.
Cork stores the family information you and your family members enter into the app — names, ages, photos uploaded by family members, chore activity, calendar events, messages between family members, and similar in-family content. We also store a Firebase user ID and a push notification token per device so the app can sync between your family's devices and deliver notifications.
Cork does not show ads, sell or share data with third parties, or build behavioral profiles. The information we store is used solely to make the family-organizer features work for your family.
Cork is designed for use by families that include children under 13. Before any data is collected on a child under 13, the app captures verifiable parental consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents can review, download, or delete their child's data at any time from Settings → Privacy & data inside the app.
The full COPPA disclosures (categories of data collected from children, parental rights, retention policy, and contact information for the operator) will be published here in the final version of this policy.
You can review, export, or delete your family's data at any time from inside the Cork app. Deleting your account permanently removes every member's data from Cork's servers.
